Return Process

  Contact our technical support team via the online portal with your order number and a brief explanation of the return reason.

  Our engineers will conduct a remote diagnostic to confirm the hardware status and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the device in its original industrial crates with all included optics, power cables, and software dongles to prevent transit damage.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse verifies the component integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
